Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner is a gentle PHA toner and is the ultimate toner product to prepare your skin for other products. This product has both soothing, exfoliating and moisturizing effects on your skin. It contains PHA that gently removes dead skin cells from the skin's surface to give you softer, smoother skin with more radiance, without irritating the skin. High-quality Centella Asiatica provides your skin with intensive hydration while soothing irritated skin and has soothing effects on skin conditions such as eczema, acne and psoriasis. In combination with hyaluronic acid and betaine, the Skin1004 toner gives you soft and supple skin that can better absorb the following products in your skin care routine. After double cleansing, the toner is applied to a cotton pad before being applied all over the face until absorbed.
