Mask / Sheet Mask

Masks, including sheet masks, have become a popular part of the skin care routine. There are masks in cream form, gel, clay, sheet masks and many more varieties. These masks may contain various ingredients that aim to moisturize, cleanse, exfoliate, soothe or nourish the skin. They can be used regularly or as a treatment for specific skin problems. Sheet masks have become especially popular and are often made of different materials such as cotton or hydrogel, packed full of nutrient-rich solutions. Most masks are applied to the face, should work for about 20-30 minutes. Clay masks should then be rinsed off, preferably with a sponge, while a sheet mask should be removed and the rest of the solution gently patted into the skin.
